Now, therefore; IT IS THE DECISION OF THIS COURT that the assessed value of the property described as Account No. R252769 was, as stipulated for the 2000-01 tax year: Total: $ 141,770 IT IS FURTHER DECIDED that tax years 1997-98, 1998-99 and 1999-00 are dismissed. The real market value for tax year 2000-01 shall remain unchanged. IT IS FURTHER DECIDED that the county shall correct the assessment and tax rolls to reflect the above values.
