The parties agree the subject property, identified in the Washington County Assessor s records as Account Nos. R589544, R587181, R587172, R1302735, R1302726, qualified for forestland special assessment for tax year 1999-00. The court has reviewed the matter and finds the agreement acceptable. IT IS THE DECISION OF THE COURT that for the 1999-00 tax year, the Washington County Assessor s office shall reinstate the forestland special assessment designation for the property and adjust the values on the assessment and tax rolls accordingly. Any excess taxes paid shall be refunded with interest by the appropriate county tax authorities pursuant to ORS 311.806 and 311.812. Costs to neither party.
