On October 31, 2000, defendant filed its Answer agreeing it made an error and that plaintiffs are entitled to the full $1,488 refund. Because the parties are in agreement, the case is ready for judgment. Now, therefore; IT IS HEREBY ADJUDGED AND DECREED that defendant shall cancel its 1999 Notice of Refund Allocation dated June 20, 2000.
