The court received from plaintiff an appeal without the correct fee for filing a standard case. The court sent plaintiff a letter on May 18, 2000, requesting that the additional fee be paid. The letter advised plaintiff that if the fee was not paid, the court would dismiss the case. The court has yet to receive the additional filing fee.
