LANE COUNTY ASSESSOR, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) No. 000704F DECISION OF DISMISSAL This matter is before the court on its own motion to dismiss plaintiff's Complaint for failure to pay the additional filing fee. The court received from plaintiff an appeal without the required filing fee for a standard case. The court sent plaintiff a letter on June 1, 2000, requesting that the additional fee be paid. The letter advised plaintiff that if the fee was not paid, the court would dismiss the case. The court has yet to receive the additional filing fee.
