On June 19, 2000, the court wrote to plaintiff because it failed to submit additional information to defendant in an effort to resolve the issue set forth in plaintiff's Complaint. The court requested that plaintiff advise the court no later than July 7, 2000, if it planned to continue its appeal. The court also advised plaintiff that it would dismiss plaintiff's Complaint if it failed to respond to the court by July 7, 2000.
