DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, STATE OF OREGON, Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) No. 000023D DECISION OF DISMISSAL This matter came before the court on defendant s Motion to Dismiss, received February 1, 2000, in its Answer, requesting that the Complaint be dismissed. A case management conference was held on Monday, March 6, 2000. Mr. William A. Cook represented himself. Ms. Cindy Brueni represented defendant. Mr. Cook is appealing the court's Judgment of Dismissal for tax year 1995 filed August 19, 1998. The court informed Mr. Cook that its Judgment was final. See ORS 305.501(7). Mr. Cook did not appeal the court's Decision of Dismissal filed June 9, 1998, within 60 days of the date it was filed so the court filed its Judgment. Ms. Brueni asked Mr. Cook to sign and mail the form to her. Mr. Cook agreed to follow her instructions.
