Multnomah County Circuit Court 19CC00095; A169913 Maurice K. Merten, Judge. Submitted June 6, 2019. Jedediah Peterson and O’Connor Weber LLC filed the brief for appellant. Ellen F. Rosenblum, Attorney General, Benjamin Gutman, Solicitor General, and Judy C. Lucas, Assistant Attorney General, filed the brief for respondent. Before Armstrong, Presiding Judge, and Tookey, Judge, and Aoyagi, Judge. PER CURIAM Reversed. 694 State v. J. L. H. PER CURIAM Appellant seeks reversal of a judgment committing her to the Mental Health Division for a period not to exceed 180 days based on the court’s determination that she was a person with mental illness under ORS 426.005(1)(f)(A). The state concedes that the evidence is legally insufficient to support the involuntary commitment and that the judgment should be reversed. We agree, accept the state’s concession, and reverse the commitment judgment. Reversed.
