744 March 20, 2019 No. 132 IN THE COURT OF APPEALS OF THE STATE OF OREGON In the Matter of H. D., a Child. DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, Petitioner-Respondent, v. M. D.-V. M., Appellant. Jackson County Circuit Court 16JU03325; A168734 Lorenzo A. Mejia, Judge. Submitted February 8, 2019. G. Aron Perez-Selsky filed the brief for appellant. Ellen F. Rosenblum, Attorney General, Benjamin Gutman, Solicitor General, and Inge D. Wells, Assistant Attorney General, filed the brief for respondent. Before Armstrong, Presiding Judge, and Tookey, Judge, and Shorr, Judge. PER CURIAM Appeal dismissed as moot. Cite as 296 Or App 744 (2019) 745 PER CURIAM In this dependency case, mother appeals a juvenile court order that suspended mother’s visitation with her daughter pending further court review. After mother filed her appeal of that order, the juvenile court held a review hearing at which, among other things, the court denied mother’s request to restart visitation with her daughter. In light of the subsequent review judgment, which mother has appealed, a decision on appeal on the suspension order, which was effective only pending further court review, can have no practical effect on mother’s rights. Hence, we dismiss mother’s appeal of the suspension order on the ground that it is moot. Dept. of Human Services v. G. D. W., 353 Or 25, 32, 292 P3d 548 (2012). Appeal dismissed as moot.
