PER CURIAM Reversed. 1 PER CURIAM 2 Appellant seeks reversal of a judgment committing him for a period not to 3 exceed 180 days. ORS 426.130. He contends that the trial court erred in concluding that, 4 as a result of a mental disorder, he is unable to provide for his basic personal needs. See 5 ORS 426.005(1)(e). The state concedes that the record does not contain legally sufficient 6 evidence to support the involuntary commitment and that the trial court's order should be 7 reversed.
