FILED: August 27, 2014 IN THE COURT OF APPEALS OF THE STATE OF OREGON STATE OF OREGON, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. JAMIE MARIE ANDERSON, Defendant-Appellant. Washington County Circuit Court C112615CR A152628 Thomas W. Kohl, Judge. On appellant's petition for reconsideration filed July 14, 2014. Opinion filed July 2, 2014. 264 Or App 183. Peter Gartlan, Chief Defender, and Kyle Krohn, Deputy Public Defender, Office of Public Defense Services, for petition. Before Armstrong, Presiding Judge, and Nakamoto, Judge, and Egan, Judge. PER CURIAM Reconsideration allowed; former opinion modified and adhered to as modified. 1 PER CURIAM 2 Defendant has petitioned for reconsideration in this case because, 3 notwithstanding that the disposition of our opinion said that we had affirmed defendant's 4 convictions except to the extent that we had otherwise reversed and remanded them, our 5 opinion did not expressly state that we had considered two of her three assignments of 6 error on their merits. We did consider and reject those assignments on their merits. We 7 modify the last sentence in the opinion before the disposition to read: "Accordingly, we 8 do not believe that remand on the issue of venue is appropriate in this case, and we reject 9 defendant's second and third assignments on their merits without further discussion." We 10 adhere to our opinion, as modified. Reconsideration allowed; former opinion modified and adhered to as 11 12 modified. 1
