PER CURIAM Reversed. 1 PER CURIAM 2 Appellant seeks reversal of the trial court's judgment committing her as a 3 mentally ill person for a period not to exceed 180 days. ORS 426.130. She contends that 4 the trial court erred in concluding that she is a danger to others and unable to provide for 5 her basic needs as the result of a mental disorder. See ORS 426.005(1)(e). The state 6 concedes that the record does not contain legally sufficient evidence to support the 7 involuntary commitment and that the trial court's judgment should be reversed. We 8 agree, accept the state's concession, and reverse. 9 Reversed. 1
