The defendant, Chester Hice, was charged by information filed in the county court of Pontotoc county, on November 19, 1942, with the crime of unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor; was tried, convicted, and sentenced to serve a term of 60 days in the county jail and pay a fine of $100 and costs, and he appeals.
