Borchert v. ENTRY OF DISMISSAL SOUTHERN OHIO CORR. FACILITY Defendant {ΒΆ1} On December 18, 2006, plaintiff filed a complaint against defendant, Southern Ohio Correctional Facility. Plaintiff submitted the filing fee with his complaint. On January 25, 2007, plaintiff submitted a letter requesting that this claim be dismissed based on an agreement reached with the defendant.
