WOOLUM Applicant Case No. V2006-20160 ORDER OF A THREECOMMISSIONER PANEL : : : : : : {¶ 1} The applicant filed a reparations application seeking reimbursement of expenses incurred with respect to the May 17, 2005 murder of Michael Woolum. On September 30, 2005, the Attorney General denied the applicant s claim pursuant to R.C. 2743.60(E) contending that the decedent had engaged in felonious conduct at the time of the criminally injurious conduct, due to a positive test for cocaine listed on the coroner s toxicology report. On October 28, 2005, the applicant filed a request for reconsideration. On January 25, 2006, the Attorney General determined that the previous decision warranted no modification. On February 24, 2006, the applicant filed a notice of appeal to the Attorney General s Final Decision. Hence, this matter came to be heard before this panel of three commissioners on May 18, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. {¶ 2} Neither the applicant nor anyone on her behalf appeared at the hearing hearing. and consideration.
