On June 22, and July 28, 2005, this court issued notices to pay the filing fee. The notices directed the plaintiff to either pay the filing fee or file a poverty statement. Plaintiff did not respond to any of the notices issued by the court. {¶ 2} On October 26, 2005, this court issued an entry finding, from the pleadings, that plaintiff sought to sue the Department of Transportation for damages sustained by his vehicle. However, plaintiff was given 30 days to submit either the filing fee or a poverty statement or face dismissal of his case. A check of the docket reveals plaintiff has failed to comply with the court s entry of October 26, 2005. DISMISSED, without prejudice.
