STARLING Applicant Case No. V2004-60687 ORDER OF A THREECOMMISSIONER PANEL : : : : : : {¶ 1} The applicant filed a reparations application seeking reimbursement of expenses incurred in relation to an alleged May 24, 2002 assault incident. On June 9, 2004, the Attorney General denied the applicant s claim pursuant to R.C. 2743.52(A) and R.C. 2743.60(A). The Attorney General asserted that the applicant fails to qualify as a victim of criminally injurious conduct and that she failed to make a report to law enforcement officials concerning the incident.
