On June 10, 2004, this court issued an entry denying plaintiff s motion for reconsideration. {¶2} On June 18, 2004, plaintiff filed a motion to withdraw his claim. Upon review, plaintiff s motion is considered a motion for voluntary dismissal and is GRANTED. Plaintiff s case is DISMISSED without prejudice. The court shall absorb the costs of this case.
