Unknown, 2004-Ohio-3077.] IN THE COURT OF CLAIMS OF OHIO RANDALL FIELDS : Plaintiff : v. : CASE NO. 2004-04060-AD UNKNOWN : ENTRY OF DISMISSAL Defendant : ::::::::::::::::: {¶1} On April 2, 2004, plaintiff filed a complaint against defendant, John Williams, Assistant Prosecutor. On April 6, 2004, this court issued a pre-screening entry dismissing John Williams as a defendant and requiring plaintiff to name a state department, board, office, commission, agency, institution, or other state instrumentality as defendant. On April 6, 2004, this court also issued a notice to pay the filing fee or file an affidavit of poverty. {¶2} On April 26, 2004, plaintiff submitted a letter requesting that his claim be dismissed. Plaintiff s letter is considered a motion for voluntary dismissal and is GRANTED.
