Plaintiff orally moved the court to continue the trial on the grounds that she was not prepared to go forward due to medical problems she has experienced since she filed this action. Plaintiff stated that she had moved to a new address after filing this action, but that she did not inform the court of her new address as set out below. Defendant objected to the continuance. The court DENIED the motion to continue and instructed plaintiff to proceed with her case. Plaintiff informed the court that she did not have any witnesses or evidence to present and that she did not wish to testify. Thereupon, the court announced its decision to dismiss plaintiff s case pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B) for failure to prosecute. {¶2} Plaintiff s case is hereby DISMISSED. Court costs are assessed against plaintiff. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this judgment and its date of entry upon the journal. ________________________________ J.
