Defendant : ::::::::::::::::: {ΒΆ1} On April 11, 2003, this court issued an entry requiring plaintiff to submit the filing fee on or before 30 days from the date of the entry. On May 15, 2003, defendant submitted the investigation report. A check of the docket reveals plaintiff has failed to submit the filing fee. Therefore, plaintiff's case is DISMISSED without prejudice.
