[¶1] Carl Ford appeals from a district court order revoking his probation. Ford argues the district court erred in finding he violated the conditions of his probation and abused its discretion by revoking his probation, resulting in an additional sentence of incarceration. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (4).
