State v. Wilson

Nos. 20090203 & 20090204

Per Curiam.

[1] W.J. Wilson, Jr. appeals from district court judgments entered after a jury found him guilty of reckless endangerment and fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer. On appeal, Wilson argues there was insufficient evidence for a jury to find him guilty of the crimes. We conclude sufficient evidence exists to support the verdicts and summarily affirm the judgments under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
