Great Plains National Bank v. Leppert

No. 20090119

Per Curiam.

[1] Sam and Laura Leppert appealed from an amended judgment in favor of Great Plains National Bank. On appeal, they argue the Bank did not prove standing; the affidavit of the Bank's employee lacked foundation; the Bank did not produce conclusive evidence to support the allegations in its amended complaint; and the Bank is required by law to follow generally accepted accounting principles. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(6).
