No. 20080266

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Joshua Mund appealed from a judgment entered after a bench trial finding him guilty of delivery of alcohol to a minor, a class A misdemeanor under N.D.C.C. § 5-01-09. On appeal, Mund argues there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
