Delzer v. Anderson

[¶1] Richard Allen Anderson appealed from a civil money judgment entered in favor of Gregory Delzer and Mary Ann Delzer. On appeal, Anderson argues the district court abused its discretion in denying his motion for a continuance, and the district court's decision to grant summary judgment was not supported by the record. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4) and (6).
