[¶1] Elaine Fremling appeals a district court amended judgment, arguing the court erred in denying her request for permanent spousal support. Concluding the judgment of the district court is based on findings of fact that are not clearly erroneous, we summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
