Adoption of E.H.L.No. 20080167

Per Curiam.

[¶1] T.A.A. appeals the district court's judgment terminating his parental rights and granting D.R.K. and P.E.K.'s petition to adopt his daughter, E.H.L. T.A.A. argues the district court erred in finding he abandoned the child because he had tried to establish a relationship with the child, but D.R.K. and P.E.K. prevented him from seeing the child.

[¶2] The district court's judgment is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
