Per Curiam.

[¶1] Larry John Buck appealed from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol. On appeal, Buck argues the district court erred when it denied his motion to suppress all evidence, contending the arresting officer lacked probable cause to place him under arrest. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
