Per Curiam.

[¶1] Melissa Evans appealed from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict finding her guilty of possession of a controlled substance. On appeal, Melissa Evans attacks the sufficiency of the evidence and argues the district court erred in denying her motion for judgment of acquittal. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
