Miller v. State
No. 20080113
Per Curiam.
[¶1] Anthony T. Miller appeals from a district court order denying his application for post-conviction relief and a district court order confirming credit for incarceration. On appeal, Miller argues his attorney provided him ineffective assistance of counsel, and the district court failed to give him credit for time served. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (4).
