Per Curiam.

[¶1] Shannon J. Horton appeals the district court's order rejecting the judicial referee's findings of fact and conclusions of law changing the parties' minor child's surname to reflect his father's surname. Horton argues that the district court erred in relying on factual inaccuracies and that its decision is induced by an erroneous view of the law.

[¶2] The district court's order is affirmed under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
