State v. Mastre
No. 20080029
Per Curiam.
[¶1] Patti Lou Mastre appeals from a judgment convicting her of terrorizing in violation of N.D.C.C. § 12.1-17-04. Mastre argues the district court did not follow N.D.R.Crim.P. 11(b)(1) procedures when it accepted her guilty plea, because the court did not advise her of her rights and determine whether her guilty plea was voluntary and informed. The record reflects the district court's advice substantially complied with N.D.R.Crim.P. 11(b)(1), and Mastre entered a voluntary and knowing plea of guilty. We summarily affirm the criminal judgment under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(7) and Abdi v. State, 2000 ND 64, ¶ 18, 608 N.W.2d 292 (district court substantially complied with the requirements of N.D.R.Crim.P. 11(b)).
