Per Curiam.

[¶1] Larry Kucera appealed from a divorce judgment dissolving his marriage with Franceillia Kucera, asserting the district court's award of spousal support and property division are clearly erroneous. Larry Kucera also argues the district court abused its discretion by not granting a new trial. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (4).
