[¶1] Lawrence D. Tassler appealed from a district court's order revoking his probation and sentencing him to six months incarceration. Tassler argues the district court abused its discretion in ordering revocation and in sentencing. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(4).
