[¶1] R.F. appeals the trial court's modification order terminating the order for less restrictive treatment and ordering hospitalization at the North Dakota State Hospital for the remainder of her commitment. The modification order is based on findings of fact that are not clearly erroneous; therefore, we summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
