[¶1] Dana Causer appealed from a district court "Order Denying Application for Post-Conviction Relief" and an "Order Denying Motions." We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(1) and (7) and State v. Causer, 2004 ND 75, 678 N.W.2d 552.
