State v. Smith
No. 20050181

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Cory Daniel Smith appealed from a criminal judgment and commitment entered upon a jury verdict. The jury found Smith guilty of attempted kidnapping, aggravated assault, and terrorizing. Smith argues the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict under his construction of the applicable statutes. We summarily affirm the district court's judgment under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
