Per Curiam.

[¶1] Pamela McMechan issued a summons and complaint seeking to quiet title to certain oil, gas, and other minerals under land previously owned by her parents. McMechan appealed from a district court judgment denying her motion for summary judgment and granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants. We summarily affirm the district court judgment under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(6).
