Kaffar v. Dschaak
No. 20010317

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Timothy J. Kaffar and Barbara K. Kaffar appeal from a trial court judgment that quieted title to a parcel property in the names of Ivan Dschaak and LuVerne Dschaak. On appeal, the Kaffars argue it was clearly erroneous for the trial court to find the Kaffars failed to show by clear and convincing evidence that the Dschaaks acquiesced to a new boundary line. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
