[¶1] William Demming has appealed from a divorce judgment, challenging the failure to grant a continuance, the division of property, the amount of visitation, and the trial court's decision to allow Erica Demming to move out-of-state with the parties' child. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2), (4), and (7), and Andrews v. O'Hearn, 387 N.W.2d 716 (N.D. 1986).
