Young v. Johnson
No. 20000336

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Larry Young appeals from a South Central Judicial District Court order granting summary judgment in favor of Tom Johnson. Concluding the summary judgment is supported by the record, and concluding previous decisions of this Court are dispositive to the appeal, we summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(6) and (7). See Black v. Abex Corp., 1999 ND 236, ¶¶ 18-22, 603 N.W.2d 182 (identifying the proof requirements and procedures for summary judgment); see also State v. Goulet, 1999 ND 80, ¶ 10, 593 N.W.2d 345 (litigants cannot expect judges to make unassisted searches of the record to find support for a party's argument).
