[¶1] St. Yves appeals from the judgment of the district court entered upon a jury verdict in favor of DJ's Dance & Arcade, Inc. We conclude this case contains no reversible error of law and the verdict of the jury is supported by substantial evidence. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(3).
