Sand v. Sand
No. 990046

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Edwin Harry Sand appealed from a divorce decree granting him and Irene Annette Sand a divorce, dividing the couple's marital estate, and awarding her attorney fees. He argues the trial court erred in dividing the couple's marital estate and awarding Irene Sand attorney fees. We conclude the trial court's distribution of the couple's marital estate is not clearly erroneous and the court did not abuse its discretion in awarding Irene Sand attorney fees. We therefore affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (4).
