Per Curiam.

[¶1] Albert "Rusty" Kouba appealed from a summary judgment dismissing his action against FEBCO, Inc. and Robert D. Balkowitsch alleging wrongful termination of employment and conspiracy to interfere with employment. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(6). See In re Estate of Stanton, 472 N.W.2d 741 (N.D. 1991).
