Per Curiam.

[¶1] Chris Palczewski appealed from a district court judgment awarding Jamie McGee and Keith Domagala $5,972.50 and $6,930.00 respectively for work performed under a lease agreement less $250.00 each for damages incurred for conversion. Palczewski argues the district court erred in dismissing his counterclaim. We summarily affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2).
