Per Curiam.

[¶1] Daryl Tetzloff appeals the trial court's dismissal of his action seeking custody of minor children under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act, N.D.C.C. ch. 14-14. We affirm under N.D.R.App.P. 35.1(a)(2) and (4).
