Binstock v. Binstock
Civil No. 970311

Per Curiam.

[¶1] Jeremey L. Binstock appealed the Judgment of the Billings County District Court awarding custody of his minor child to the child's mother, Sharla Kay Binstock. Jeremey claimed the district court erred in awarding custody to Sharla and argued the findings of fact were clearly erroneous because they were induced by an erroneous view of the law. The Judgment is affirmed. N.D. R. App. P. 35.1(a)(2).
