Per Curiam.

[¶1] Patrick T. McMorrow appeals the district court's order finding he had violated the terms and conditions of his probation, sentencing him to serve an additional thirty days in prison, and returning him to supervised probation. The district court's findings and order are affirmed under Rule 35.1(a)(2) and (4), N.D.R.App.P.
