Stern, Plaintiff, Index No. 510384/2018 -against- ORDER The New York and Presbyterian Hospital, Boro Park Operating Co., LLC and Williamsburg Services, LLC, Defendants. -----------------------------------------------------------------------x After a telephonic status conference, this Court orders the following: The deposition of the plaintiff shall be held via a virtual platform prior to the compliance date. Plaintiff shall also produce all non-party witnesses (under her control), including, but not limited to plaintiff’s daughter who donated her kidney, for a deposition prior to the compliance date. On or before July 3, 2020, plaintiff shall provide the following: the notes and/or notebooks referred to during plaintiff’s initial deposition; a certificate of merit; and with respect to the disclosed photographs of the wound: the location of plaintiff when the photographs were taken and the identity of who took the photographs. On or before July 3, 2020, defendants shall comply with all outstanding discovery requests.
